Today(03-November-2020) Fujairah Customs was proud to celebrate the UAE Flag Day. The national flag of the UAE was hoisted at 11:00 am at the office by Director General, Mr. Rashed Mohamed Saif Hammad. As the national flag was being unfurled, the national anthem was also played.
The day is marked annually on November 3 to consolidate national identity and enhance unity. It is an important occasion where we pay tribute to the founding fathers and celebrate the achievements of the country’s wise leadership. This year’s celebrations were hosted in a socially distanced setting as a precautionary measure against the spread of Covid-19.
